The Freego Shotgun F0 lite features a lower frame height and a unique frame construction designed specifically to meet the needs of petite riders and female cyclists. The shape and position of the frame have been carefully designed to provide optimal balance and control, while changes to the frame can make the rider more comfortable during the ride!
The wider surface area of the fat tires provides better stability, especially on uneven or slippery surfaces. One of the main advantages of hydraulic brakes is their excellent stopping power. Using fluid pressure can apply more force to the braking mechanism, resulting in a faster, more controlled stop. F0 is equipped with a 48V, 12.5AH removable battery. It has high battery life and is detachable, allowing riders to remove the battery for charging anytime and anywhere. Freego offers a 2-year limited Manufacturer Warranty for the Original Retail Purchaser only. It is the dealer’s responsibility to offer Call service and repair job to his customers. Within 2 years from the date of purchase, Freego only offers Free Spare Parts (under warranty) to the dealer as well as online technical supports. Parts supply validity is 2 years maximum.

Note: The following conditions are not covered by warranty
I. Electrical damage caused by improper use of the battery such as using an unapproved charger; Batteryislongtime left uncharged, or plugging the power cable in the wrong way is not covered. Please charge batteryresponsiblyand regularly (at least one time per month). If your battery can not be charged because you keep it unchargedmorethan 1 month, the battery may enter into deep sleeping mode that can not work again. You have to buy newbatterywith your own cost.
II. Water damage caused by improper use in snow, wet or flooded conditions is not covered. Our products arerainresistant, not waterproof. Please use with care!
III. Damage caused by accidents, disasters, or improper use such as racing or jumping or overweight is not covered.
IV. Damage caused by not following the User’s Manual or not following proper maintenance procedures is not covered.
V. The warranty does not cover any damage or missing parcels caused by courier services. Once our products leave warehouse Freego have absolutely no control over them. However Freego are willing to assist the buyer in getting compensation from the courier service. Freego suggest the buyer to contact the shipping carrier first for the proof of any missing or broken items. This proof is the key to get any compensation

Easy to put together, we did need to buy handle bar risers. Senada has great customer service� love the bikes!!
We bought 2 Dolphin bikes and love them. Wife wanted a step through and these fit the bill. Once we saw these on sale, we quickly bought them. These also have the fat tires (stability), LCD display (not the LED) and they are a bit lighter than other e-bikes (but still quite heavy). It took some time to assemble, but the instructions are good and we had no problems. Everything works great and we highly recommend the Dolphin bikes. They shipped quickly.
I can't rave enough about my Defender-S. It's fast, takes me up the hills I want to go up (at 20+ mph), and the battery lasts for days.
Have the bike for two weeks now great out of the box no problems no codes plenty of power if I have to make a complaint throttle is a little touchy and I wish it had cruise control

Putting it together very easy, Even came with required tools. Pedal assist is great, you get good exercise and don't kill yourself on the hills.
