The Ecotric Tornado Full Suspension MTB Electric Bike is engineered to tackle any terrain - its 26-inch inner tube features standard 2.20/2.35 sizing, and the American standard size valve stem is sealed with a valve cap. The newly-incorporated central shock absorber ensures a smooth, comfortable ride and provides increased safety, balance, speed, and stability.

The Ecotric Tornado full-suspension electric bike offers riders a stunning combination of comfort and power. The solid aluminum frame, 26"×2.35" tires, and central shock absorber absorb bumps and vibrations, reducing wear-and-tear on the rider's legs and back. It is powered by a 750W motor to reach speeds of up to 21 miles without having to pedal and 30 miles with the pedal-assist mode. Its five speed throttle allows you to control the speed, providing a custom riding experience. Ride confidently, knowing that the Tornado has you covered.

Shipping Policy
Most of our warehouses ship Monday-Friday. If you have any questions about your order, we are available by phone, text email or chat.
We offer free ground shipping to United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Order Confirmation
Orders are generally shipped on Monday-Friday within 72 hours of placing the order. Note that occasionally shipping times vary. Once shipped, items will be delivered to customers usually with in 5-10 business days depending on location. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

RECEIVING AND INSPECTING FREIGHT SHIPMENTS.
If your bike is being delivered "Signature Required" plan accordingly (all Electric Bikes and all bikes over $500 are generally shipped "Signature Required").
When you receive your shipment, ask the carrier the following questions:
- Is it damaged? Do not sign the receipt before inspecting for damage. Check for holes, water stains, and tears. Pick up cartons if you can. Check for rattling. Listen for something broken inside. Check to see if any packages have been opened or if the sealing tape has been tampered with.
- Is the piece count correct? Count the pieces and match the number on the delivery receipt to the number you have counted. If the shipment is on a pallet, check to make sure the pallet is solid with no voids inside the stack. If the shipment is shrink or stretch wrapped, make sure the wrap hasn't been cut and pieces removed. Sign only for the type of unit you receive. For example: two pallets. Don't sign for the number of packages that are supposed to be on the pallet. However, if time permits or the pallet is not banded or shrink wrapped, count the packages, and only then sign for the number of packages.
If your delivery doesn't check out, do the following:
- If only partially damaged or short, accept it and note exceptions on the delivery receipt and photograph the shipping box. Do not refuse the shipment unless you are uncomfortable accepting the merchandise.

How to note exceptions:
- Damage Notations: Be specific. Describe the damage accurately. Pinpoint the locations of all defects. Take a picture of all four sides of the shipping box.
- Shortage Notations: If part of shipment is missing, write the number of pieces actually delivered on the delivery receipt and circle it. Then write down the number of pieces missing and note them as "short."
- Signatures: Write down all exceptions on both copies of the delivery receipt. Have the driver sign both copies of the delivery receipt in his full name (not initials or nicknames). After the driver signs, you sign also.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

I use this bike to travel what normally takes me an hour and 20 minutes to and from work 6 days a week it takes me 35 minutes one way and this bike is fantastic compared to the schwinn coston dx stepthru I had....when I get the chance I'll be buying a second one

The portability of this folding bike is a game-changer. I can easily ride it on city road, or even store it in my car trunk for weekend trips.
I�ve put 100 miles on it with no problems. It gets up to speed relatively fast and is versatile with off roading and street riding. Once you get knowledge of the control module it�s pretty convenient. overall for the price it has well rounded performance.

Easy to put together, we did need to buy handle bar risers. Senada has great customer service� love the bikes!!
We bought 2 Dolphin bikes and love them. Wife wanted a step through and these fit the bill. Once we saw these on sale, we quickly bought them. These also have the fat tires (stability), LCD display (not the LED) and they are a bit lighter than other e-bikes (but still quite heavy). It took some time to assemble, but the instructions are good and we had no problems. Everything works great and we highly recommend the Dolphin bikes. They shipped quickly.
I can't rave enough about my Defender-S. It's fast, takes me up the hills I want to go up (at 20+ mph), and the battery lasts for days.
Have the bike for two weeks now great out of the box no problems no codes plenty of power if I have to make a complaint throttle is a little touchy and I wish it had cruise control
My packages were received in excellent condition with no visible damage to
anything! Assembly was relatively easy, given my age of sixty-eight, my
son helped with any lifting. I've ridden it twice so far and love it!
Great ride both on and off road from the little I've done. I'm still
getting used to it and fine tuning adjustments to the seat height. I'm 255
pounds and 6'2" and the Defender--S has NO problems pulling me up any hill I've tried. Love that power!
Putting it together very easy, Even came with required tools. Pedal assist is great, you get good exercise and don't kill yourself on the hills.
What a bike!! Everything I thought it would be with plenty of power!! Easy assembly and the tool kit supplied, worked great. This bike is fun to ride and comfortable on the mount and dismount. With the pannier bags on the back and basket on the front there is plenty of storage for anything you need to haul. Thanks Heybike for such a great bike!!
Purchased one of the e-fat-mn bikes along side an Ecotric E-bike and the Eunorau is far more superior than the other. So superior we sent the ecotric bike back and ordered another Eunorau e-fat-mn bike.
